Colin
A graduate in Management. A Member and Ambassador for the Chartered Management Institute. Colin has worked within Social Work and alongside two Scottish police forces over a period of 10 years, latterly as the Head of Criminal Records with Central Scotland Police. Colin is now Operations Manager at the Central Registered Body in Scotland.
Colin consults on the Data Protection Act including advice and guidance on the Government Protective Marking Scheme. Colin is Hayes Job Evaluation Trained and is an EFQM Business Excellence Practitioner and Accredited Assessor.
Hamira
Hamira has been active within local communities from her early career days where she was instrumental in the launch of several community initiatives. She influenced the provision of facilities and services for young people and also set up several accredited training programmes, particularly for women. Hamira knows only too well the cultural factors involved in child abuse, including specific forms of ethnic abuse and reasons for under reporting. Hamira developed our Abuse, Culture and Child Protection programme and has delivered sessions to front-line staff in the police, social service, community education and local authority departments.
Ian
Ian comes with over twenty years experience in the field of community learning and development. Ian specialises in work with children and young people, and has delivered training to a variety of agencies and organisations, including with local authority departments such as community education, social work services, schools, police, community planning and health partnerships. Ian is also a NLP Practitioner. This extremely effective delivery method is now incorporated into the roshni training modules
Tom
Ex Chief Inspector with Strathclyde Police, Tom latterly was appointed to the position of Inter Faith Liaison Officer with Glasgow City Council. Tom’s primary role in training is in diversity and faith. Tom is a long-standing Member of the Chartered Management Institute.
